There are mornings when I open my to-do list and feel a quiet heaviness settle into my chest. It’s not from ingratitude or apathy, but rather from the overwhelming sensation of carrying too much. Too many tabs open, both on my screen and in my mind. Notifications, messages, deadlines, and invisible obligations hum constantly, leaving me drained before the day even begins.
